It can pass the British Standard with only 1.5%-3.0% addition (typical application), and has good flame retardant effect and low halogen environmental protection, which meets the EU RoHS environmental requirements.

Tips for Use

Some customers will add a large amount of calcium carbonate filler in the production, calcium carbonate in the combustion of heat expansion and produce countless microscopic pores, increasing the combustible area in contact with oxygen, promote the burning speed, so that the flame retardant effect is greatly reduced, for products with flame retardant requirements should be used as little as possible or no calcium carbonate, or increase the amount of flame retardant masterbatch use, the specific amount of use needs to be adjusted by customers according to their own formulations.
